Two ways to receive your bars, both free, both once payment has cleared.

Insured delivery
Anywhere in the UAE by insured courier. The parcel is plain and sealed, and handed over only against a signature and ID matching the order.
II
Collect in Dubai
From our showroom in Dubai. Bring the Emirates ID or passport used for the order.
Before your bars leave us
Each bar is checked against its assay card or certificate and its serial number recorded on your order. Minted bars stay sealed in their card; please keep them sealed, as an opened card lowers resale value.
Identification
As a dealer in precious metals in the UAE we confirm our customers' identity, and larger orders need a copy of an Emirates ID or passport before they are released.
