Your information
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, mobile number, email and, for delivery, your address. When we verify identity: a copy of your ID. We do not take card details on this site.
What we use it for
To confirm and fulfil your order, to contact you about it, and to meet our legal duties as a dealer in precious metals, including keeping records required by UAE anti-money-laundering rules.
In your browser
Your bag, language and day or night setting are kept in your browser's local storage so they survive a reload. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measure your visit and purchases so we can improve the shop and our ads; if you decline, they are not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who sees it
Our staff, the courier delivering your order, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Ask us at [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to the records we must keep by law.
