Terms of sale
1. Prices
Prices on this site follow the international spot market and change continuously. A price becomes binding only when it is fixed at checkout. A fixed price is held for the number of seconds shown on the checkout timer; an order confirmed within that time is priced at the fixed amount.
2. Orders
Confirming an order at a fixed price is an offer to buy at that price. Alam Asbaiek confirms the order with you by phone or email and sends a payment link. The contract is made when we confirm the order. Because the price is fixed to a moving market, a confirmed order cannot be cancelled except where the law requires.
3. Payment
Payment is due within the time stated on the payment link. If it is not received in time we may cancel the order. Bars are released only once payment has cleared.
4. Identity
As a dealer in precious metals we must verify our customers' identity under UAE anti-money-laundering rules and may ask for an Emirates ID or passport, and for the source of funds on larger orders. We may decline an order we cannot verify.
5. Delivery and collection
Delivery is by insured courier within the UAE, against signature. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Please check the bars and seals on receipt and tell us within 24 hours of any problem.
